A simple NingXia Red gummies recipe that only uses NingXia Red and gelatin. All ages love these super-juice gummies with no added sugar!!
Ingredients and Supplies Needed:
- 6 ounces NingXia Red (If you do not have any, grabbing this NingXia Red Starter Bundle is the best deal!)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon grass-fed gelatin (I get mine from Thrive Market- get 40% off your first order here.)
- Measuring cup and spoons
- Small pot and whisk for mixing
- Silicone molds (I grabbed these cute heart ones from Amazon)
NingXia Red Gummies Recipe:
1: Gather necessary ingredients and supplies.
2: Add NingXia Red to a small pot and heat until warm. Do NOT bring to a boil.
3: Turn off heat, remove pot, and whisk in gelatin until completely dissolved and smooth.
4: Allow to cool a bit. Meanwhile, set your molds onto something solid so they are easily transferable to the refrigerator.
5: Fill gummy molds with NingXia mixture. Transfer to the refrigerator, and allow to set completely. (2 hours minimum)
6: Once the NingXia gummies have set completely, remove from the molds or slice into bite size squares. Store in refrigerator.
