This classic no-bake cheesecake recipe is my favorite ever! It is quick and easy to make, and it only uses 5 ingredients! You can serve it as is or add your favorite fresh fruit or pie filling to the top to jazz it up in the flavor department. It makes a wonderful dessert all year around, but is especially great when it is summertime and you are looking for something light and cool to enjoy. Make sure to gather all the necessary ingredients next time you are at the grocery store, so you are ready to whip up this fun dessert.
This quick and easy classic no-bake cheesecake recipe only uses 5 ingredients: cream cheese, Tru Whip, sugar, graham crackers, and butter.
- 2 Philadelphia Cream Cheese bricks
- 1 Tru Whip
- 1/2 cup Cane Sugar
- 1 package of Graham Crackers
- 1/2 stick Butter
Classic No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe:
1: Gather all necessary ingredients and tools
2: Allow cream cheese and Tru Whip to come to room temperature
3: Beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. (scaping the sides of the bowl if necessary)
4: Add all the Tru Whip to the cream cheese mixture, then beat until completely combined. Set aside.
5: In pie pan, add 1/2 stick of melted butter and 1 package of crushed graham cracker crumbs.
6: Mix until completely combined, and press into the bottom and sides of the pan.
7: Add the cream cheese mixture into the crust and carefully smooth.
8: Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Best if overnight. Serve as is, with fresh fruit, or with pie filling, and enjoy!!(Remember to refrigerate any leftovers.)
